Rental Seasons....
For rental purposes, the year breaks down into three seasons: HOLIDAY,
HIGH, and LOW
HOLIDAY
SEASON runs from December 15, 2011 through January 2, 2012
HIGH SEASON runs from January 3, 2011 through the
Sunday following Easter Sunday
THANKSGIVING WEEK (from the Friday before Thanksgiving Day through the
Sunday after Thanksgiving Day) rents at HIGH SEASON rates
LOW SEASON runs from the second Monday after Easter Sunday, throuhg December
15, 2011
Rental Rates....
2011 - 2012 LOW SEASON rates
are $375 per night, plus Hawaii State Tax of 13.417%
2011 - 2012 HIGH SEASON rates are $425 per night, plus Hawaii State Tax of
13.417%
2011 - 2012 HOLIDAY SEASON rates are $450 per night, plus Hawaii State Tax
of 13.417%
Minimum booking for Easter or Thanksgiving Week is 8 nights
Minimum booking for Christmas/New Years is 14 nights
Minimum booking for all other periods is five nights
Booking Conditions....
In order to confirm your dates, we require a rental deposit
equal to two nights' stay. The balance, plus a refundable security
deposit of one (1) night's rental, is due 60 days prior to your visit.
Upon receipt of the balance of payment, we will forward an information
packet that contains directions from the airport to the unit, key retrieval
instructions, unit and resort policies and useful information about
the Wailea/Makena/Kihei area, including shopping for provisions, best
beaches, our favorite restaurants, etc.
Cancellation Policies....
Cancellations incur an administration fee equal to two (2) nights' rental
for cancellations more than sixty (60) days prior to the first day
of your rental. Cancellations within sixty days of the first day of
rental incur a
fee equal to the entire rental amount less a pro rata refund (minus
the administration fee) IF we are able to re-rent the condo.
We STRONGLY urge you to take out trip cancellation insurance to avoid the potential financial impact of a cancelled holiday.
